設(shè)備介紹

1、全自動(dòng)，智能化設(shè)備，由自動(dòng)稱重機(jī)構(gòu)、自動(dòng)給粉機(jī)構(gòu)、主機(jī)座、鍋體、轉(zhuǎn)盤、支架，核心技術(shù)主要在鍋體和轉(zhuǎn)盤，鍋體和轉(zhuǎn)盤均采用SUS304不銹鋼鑄件，厚度達(dá)50mm，鍋體與轉(zhuǎn)盤之間縫隙達(dá)到0.5mm以下，轉(zhuǎn)盤在≥400轉(zhuǎn)/分鐘轉(zhuǎn)速以上平穩(wěn)性能良好。

2、電氣控制系統(tǒng)：PLC可編程序控器控制，一鍵式操作，所有電機(jī)采用變頻技術(shù)控制，10英寸觸摸屏操作，動(dòng)態(tài)實(shí)時(shí)顯示工作狀況，具有故障提示、故障報(bào)警，缺種子或缺粉自動(dòng)提示功能，。

3、供種：稱重式，自動(dòng)按比例配給

4、供液：高精度蠕動(dòng)泵，采用變頻控制供液精選高，泵體不與液體接觸，干凈、衛(wèi)生。

5、進(jìn)風(fēng)：采用變頻控制，低溫區(qū)域丸化采用熱風(fēng)。

6、 除塵：分兩次過濾，有效保證物料的回收利用。

7、使用壽命能達(dá)到十五年以上。

優(yōu)勢(shì)

 種子丸化造粒包衣技術(shù)，是將農(nóng)藥、肥料、植物調(diào)節(jié)劑、儲(chǔ)水劑、增氧劑和一些輔助材料有序分層包敷到種子上，進(jìn)行丸化造粒的設(shè)備，可以使小粒種子通過丸化造粒放大幾十到幾百倍，不僅可有效地實(shí)現(xiàn)播種前植保、帶肥、帶藥下田，達(dá)到保苗壯苗、調(diào)節(jié)植物生長(zhǎng)之目的；也為機(jī)械化精密播種創(chuàng)造了有利條件，從而達(dá)到大量節(jié)約用種、提高產(chǎn)量、節(jié)本成本。精簡(jiǎn)為以下幾個(gè)方面：

1、方便機(jī)械化播種，丸化造粒技術(shù)將一些細(xì)小種子（番茄種子）的體積丸化變大，一些不規(guī)則種子丸化后變成圓度、大小統(tǒng)一的外形，達(dá)到播種機(jī)的自動(dòng)播種要求。

2、節(jié)約人工成本，丸化造粒的種子采用機(jī)械化播種后，大量節(jié)約人工。

3、節(jié)約用種成本：丸化造粒的種子播種更精確，一粒種子一顆苗，出苗后無需人工間苗。

Equipment introduction
